Reservations
Reservations may be made by telephone or online. A valid credit card is taken at time of booking in order to reserve this time for you. Your card is only used if there is a late cancellation for booked appointments or if you fail to show for your appointment. Please see the Cancellations section below for more information.
Cancellations
As a courtesy to other guests and our service providers, we require 24-hour notice of cancellation. Late cancellations incur a 50% service fee of the scheduled service, and those who fail to show will be charged a 100% service fee of each scheduled service. Please call us as soon as you know that you are unable to come, and we will do everything that we can in order to reschedule you for a time convenient to you. If we have to reschedule your appointment with a 24 hour or less notice, you will receive $25 to use towards your treatment or products.
Pre-booking and Standing Appointments
Depending upon the flexibility of your schedule, pre-booking your next appointment before you leave the spa is the best way to ensure you get the date and time that works best for you. This convenience is perfect if your schedule is constantly full or you enjoy the comfort of a set schedule. Guest Services can schedule these appointments for you.
